The 
 Dock

The path ends at a short crude dock that juts out about twelve feet into the Black Sea. At the end of the dock is a bench, and hanging out over the water is a bell. A rope hangs down from the bell. In the distant mist you can just glimpse what you believe must be the edge of an island, or maybe a monastery wall. Another path leads off to the west.
